All purchases are final. Exchanges are available for damaged or defective merchandise. We strongly encourage you to review the sizing charts for each product before placing an order to ensure it fits your needs. Exchanges are accepted for size changes with a $8.95 shipping fee.

Kindly note that that all merchandise must be returned in its original state of receipt to receive the requested refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. You have (7) days of receipt to contact our service team at email@example.com to request a refund. The request should include reasonable proof of the damage and/or defect along with receipt date. Once approved, our service team will contact you with further instructions to process your return.
