Please ensure the order submission contains the correct and complete shipping address. AmbiVirile is not able to resend merchandise for shipping errors on the customer’s behalf.
AmbiVirile is not responsible for any additional fees incurred for shipments outside the United States due to customs, which is determined by the destination country laws.
If you have not received your package within 14 days of the shipped date or believe its has been lost or stolen, please contact our service team at email@example.com to file a claim on your behalf. Pending the outcome, we will refund or resend the order free of charge.
AmbiVirile will not be able to refund orders due to delivery interruptions after 15 days.

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty!
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm within 24 hours. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
